If for any reason Dr. Jo determines that the service requested is not a good fit for that client, Dr. Jo will offer the client other options that might be more suitable for their needs.

If you purchased a package that includes a paperback or hardcover book, books can either be shipped to you or picked up in Austin. Please make sure the address you provide is correct--otherwise I won't be able to get the book to you!
